An anonymous tip and an undercover investigation at a mall massage parlor led Gwinnett County police to prostitution arrests.Yingjiu Liu, 40, of Doraville, is accused of soliciting a sex act on an officer at the Lucky Good Hands Massage parlor at the Mall of Georgia, near Buford, police said. She was arrested on a sex-related charge and massage without a permit. Shiying Tian, 41, of Buford, was arrested and charged with giving a false name and massage without permit. Hey you vcan get anyting at the mall. Even a hand job.
