NOW POLICE WILL HIT AND DRIVE OFF

I thought it was bad here in Georgia but apparently in New York police are bad as well. Watch as officer hits bicyclist, gets out then leaves the scene. Well it'sreally no suprise to me, police have been gewtting away with stuff for the longest.
