IDIOT PHOTO OF THE WEEK: EYE CHART TATOO ON GUY'S BACK

Russian man decided to get the eye-chart tattooed on his back.  For what I have no idea. Maybe it's to check the distance between him and people walking behind him . Hey if you can see line eight you are too close to me.
