WEDNESDAY WHEELS; LAMBORGHINI AVENTADOR
The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 ($TBA) is the latest from Sant'Agata Bolognese, and packs a new 6.5L V12 engine — good for 691 hp, a 0-60 time of 2.8 seconds, and an estimated top speed of 217 MPH — Launch Control for smooth take-offs, a seven-speed ISR Graziano transmission, a Formula 1-inspired suspension, a new all-wheel-drive system, oversized ceramic brakes, and a handy hydraulic lift to keep the beauty's body panels from being busted on on steep driveways or irritating speed bumps.
Nice

LAMBORGHINI HARD DRIVE
Cool harddrive from Asus. Imbued with lines inspired by the company's sportscars, this external hard drive looks the part, and with available USB 3.0 connectivity, stands to live up to the promise of performance. Unfortunately the price tag is suitably Lambo-like as well: the starting price of $120 for a 500GB drive with the slower USB 2.0 connection makes it almost twice as expensive as an ordinary hard drive

NEW LAMBORGHINI GALLARDO
Even though the Murcielago ended production earlier this month and its successor won't begin production for a while, Lamborghini has not been spending its time idly, and will prove that by introducing the Gallardo LP 570-4 Spyder Performante. Billed as "less weight, more fascination," the Spyder Performante is meant to take the 'regular' Gallardo Spyder to new highs of performance with new lows of weight.
Essentially a superleggera version of the Gallardo Spyder, a total of 143 pounds have been shed from the standard convertible through the use of carbon fiber and carbon composite parts both outside and in. The convertible cover is made from carbon fiber, as is the rear spoiler, diffuser and some underbody components. Inside, the transmission tunnel cover, door panels and seat shells are CF units.
The front end has also been tweaked for looks and aerodynamic purposes, with improved cooling and more downforce on the front axle being two of the results, and better rear aero comes courtesy of a redesigned diffuser. The blast-off time from 0-to-62 mph has been dropped to 3.9 seconds, and terminal velocity comes in at 201 mph.
Always a hot car

LAMBORGHINI MIURA II
Volkswagen, which owns Lamborghini, builds a lot of cars in Mexico, but this won't be one of them. It's the brainchild of one Joan Ferci, an Argentine entrepreneur who acquired the rights to use the Lamborghini name from the Indonesian investment firm that owned it back in 1995. Since then he's been making, on and off, his own line of super cars for the Latin American market based on the old Lamborghini Diablo.
Now Ferci is planning a new factory, where he hopes to built a new generation of Latino Lamborghinis, including the Miura II you see here and a sport-utility called the Gran Toro. All the while the Volkswagen Group – by now one of the largest automakers in the world – denies Ferci's rights to the name, and may have a thing or two to say about this latest re-boot.
Cool

YES THIS IS A LAMBORGHINI
Lamborghini Tractors ($TBA). Available in a wide variety of models, from the compact R1 to the beastly R8, these pieces of equipment merge industrial toughness and cutting-edge performance through beautiful design that would have your average John Deere setup hiding in shame.
I know this will be a hit in the country.

PAY YOUR TICKET
Check out this Koenigsegg CCXR and Lamborghini Murcielago with boots on the tires after their wealthy owners parked in a no parking zone. Hey if you can afford these cars I would think you could afford to pay to park.

LAMBORGHINI LAPTOP BY ASUS
The 11.6-inch Lamborghini VX6 and 15.6-inch VX7 are amongst the most eye catching -- ASUS has redesigned the premium systems with new glossy casing, sleek automotive adornments, chiclet keyboards and a Bang & Olfsen ICE power sound system. We're totally swooning over the smaller VX6, which packs a dual-core Atom D525 processor, USB 3.0 and NVIDIA Ion 2 graphics, though the higher end Core i7 VX7 and its NVIDIA "enthusiast graphics" sound pretty darn good as well. I'm saving my money for it right now.
