T I GET A LITTLE HANKY PANKY

Rapper T.I. got in some serious trouble with prison officials this weekend -- after guards caught the most famous inmate in Arkansas getting "frisky" with his wife during visiting hours ... TMZ has learned
T.I.'s wife Tiny confirms ... the two were in a room together during regular visiting hours at Arkansas State Prison when Tiny made like Michael Jackson ... and beat it.

According to prison guidelines, inmates are allowed to kiss and embrace at the beginning and at the end of a visit as well as hold hands -- but "the inmate’s hands must remain in plain view of Visiting Room staff at all times."
Tiny tells us T.I. was immediately reprimanded and sent to a "Special Housing Unit" -- which consists of more security and less freedom.
Tiny says she hasn't spoken to T.I. since the incident -- but she's hopeful she'll be allowed to visit again soon . If that was me and I'm stuck in jail I would have tried to get a little action as well. Hey I'm already locked up so what more can you do.

T I SAYS FUCK A MIXTAPE

T.I. said he isn't dissing mixtape DJs or making a disparaging statement about the mixtape circuit by naming his new street project Fuck a Mixtape. Rather, the King of the South said, he's actually going up against people who tried to discourage him from making a mixtape at this point in his multiplatinum, Grammy-winning career.

"Fuck a mixtape" was a common response T.I. got when he started telling people that he was, in fact, going to drop a mixtape before he put out his King Uncaged LP, due in August. Some felt Tip should just focus on the album, while others thought he should do a film. Nah. Tip wanted to give back to the streets.
His next release will be Fuck an Album, just kidding. Video after the jump
