LINDSAY LOHAN OFF TO REHAB AGAIN

Lindsay Lohan has been ordered by the judge to remain at the Betty Ford treatment center until January 2011 after appearing in court this morning. It's cool Lindsay will get it together one day. In the meantime take some more nude pics.

OUR FAVORITE IT GIRL HAS BAD DOCTORS

The doctors who have evaluated Lindsay Lohan at UCLA have concluded she does not suffer from the drug or psychiatric problems that were previously diagnosed
Sources familiar with Lindsay's treatment at UCLA tell TMZ ... there's a feeling among doctors that Judge Marsha Revel "overreacted" when she ordered Lindsay to stay at the facility for 90 days.

We're told Lindsay has been "weaned off" all of her meds -- Dilaudid, Ambien, Adderall, Zoloft, Trazodone and Nexium -- and has had no adverse reaction. Likewise, she has had no withdrawal issues in the alcohol department. Bottom line -- the docs don't think Lindsay is an addict.
And, we're told Lindsay was misdiagnosed in the past with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) -- which is why she started taking Adderall. The UCLA docs say LiLo does not have ADHD.
And finally, as for having psychiatric problems -- again the doctors say it's just not the case.
Bottom linre Lindsay is just misunderstod.

13 DAYS OUT OF 90 IT PAYS TO DO CRIME IN CALIFORNIA

Dina Lohan talked to Hollywood.tv cameras outside a Los Angeles area treatment center where her daughter Lindsay is going through a rehabilitation program. When asked how Lindsay is doing, Dina responded, "She's great." Dina, who was joined by her youngest daughter Ali Lohan, also told cameras that Lindsay has not run out of money.

Lindsay served 13 days of her 90-day jail sentence before she was sent straight to the treatment facility
I guess actors don't have to do jail time only rappers.

OUR FAVORITE IT GIRL IS OUT

The Los Angeles Times reports: Lindsay Lohan was transported early Monday morning directly from a Lynwood jail — where she had served 13 days for violating probation on a 2007 conviction for driving under the influence. I think she alone is responsible for keeping half of the tabloids employed this year.
