CHARLIE SHEEN HEADED FOR DIVORCE AGAIN

Charlie Sheen filed to end his marriage to his third wife Monday and stated in documents that the couple separated the same day as a Christmas 2009 altercation that led to assault charges against the veteran actor.

The divorce came less than a week after the "Two and a Half Men" star was briefly hospitalized in New York City after security at a luxury hotel reported he was being disorderly.

Sheen cited irreconcilable differences for the divorce and indicated in court filings in Los Angeles that the couple have a prenuptial agreement. He and Brooke Mueller Sheen were married in May 2008 and have twin sons together.
He is seeking joint custody, but is asking a judge not to award his wife any spousal support.
Within hours, Brooke Sheen had filed her own petition for divorce, seeking sole custody of the former couple's sons and spousal support. Her filing did not offer any additional details, but also cited Christmas as the date of separation.
The divorce was first reported Monday by People magazine's website.

I told my grandma to get some workers now she is in the gray bar hotel. A jury didn't take too long to convict an 87-year-old woman on drug charges. Ola Mae Agee is facing more than a year behind bars just five months after being accused of selling cocaine out of her Pensacola home.

Agee was working from home. The problem is, authorities said she was in the business of selling drugs. Officials said she was caught on tape selling crack to an undercover investigator. And on a side note when she was caught she had Waka Flocka Flame No Hands playing in the background.

ROBBERS HIT UP CVS AND FOR WHAT PURPLE DRANK

You can't make this shit up people. Two men held up a Buckhead CVS store early Thursday, but the robbers weren’t after money. Police said the suspects only took bottles of a codeine-like syrup used to make a purple drink popularized in rap and hip-hop lyrics.
The suspects, wearing bandannas over their faces, entered the store on Peachtree Street near Piedmont Hospital shortly after 3 a.m., according to Atlanta police Capt. Van Hobbs.

One was armed with a handgun and the second man “had his hand in his pocket,” Hobbs said. “Don’t know if he actually had a gun, or whether he was faking that he had one.”
The men forced an employee into the pharmacy area at the back of the store, according to Hobbs.
The pharmacist saw them coming, “and he was able to duck and get away, so they had to go back there on their own,” Hobbs said. “They went back in the pharmacy area and took some promethazine -- it’s a codeine-type syrup.”
The robbers took six or seven 10- to 12-ounce bottles of the syrup, he said.

20 YEAR OLD STUDENT IS TOP COP IN ONE MEXICAN CITY

Some headlines are hailing her as the bravest woman in Mexicon or the craziest.. Marisol Valles Garcia, all of 20 years old, says she's just tired of everyone being afraid.

Valles Garcia, a criminology student, became the police chief this week of Praxedis G. Guerrero, one of the most violent municipalities in the border state of Chihuahua. She was the only person who accepted the top job in a police force whose officers have been abducted and even killed.
"Yes, there is fear," Valles Garcia said Wednesday in an interview with CNN en Español. "It's like all human beings. There will always be fear, but what we want to achieve in our municipality is tranquility and security."
There's good reason for the fear. Just this past weekend, a 59-year-old local mayor, Rito Grado Serrano, and his 37-year-old son, Rogoberto Grado Villa, were killed in a house in which they they were hiding in nearby Ciudad Juarez. Another area mayor was killed in June.
Juarez is the bloodiest city in Mexico, with a reported 2,500 people killed in drug violence this year. Praxedis G. Guerrero is located about 35 miles southeast of Ciudad Juarez. Both are in the state of Chihuahua, which borders Texas.

THIS JUDGE KNEW HOW TO LAY DOWN THE LAW SO TO SPEAK

A 67-year-old federal judge's wild relationship with a stripper started with a lap dance, prosecutors said, and quickly escalated into escapades of prostitution and gun-toting drug deals for cocaine and prescription pills.

Senior Judge Jack T. Camp, a veteran jurist who had achieved a status that allowed him a lighter caseload, now finds himself in a peculiar position, in front of one of his peers, and with lawyers combing through his decisions, wondering whether they have grounds to challenge them.
The stripper, who previously had a felony drug trafficking conviction, had been secretly working with the FBI since the spring to build a case against the judge. In exchange, prosecutors pledged not to charge her.

Camp's relationship with the dancer, who was not identified in court documents, began earlier this year. A day after receiving his first dance, he returned to the Goldrush Showbar for more dances, and added sex and cocaine to his tab, authorities said.
Over the next few months, the two used cocaine and other drugs together, sometimes at the strip club, and the judge would pay $40 to $50 to join her getting high, according to a sworn statement.

GOVERNOR SIGNS NEW LAW: HAVING WEED NO WORSE THAN SPEEDING TICKET

Possessing up to an ounce of marijuana in California is now no more serious than getting a speeding ticket.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a law late Thursday that reduces possession of an ounce or less from a misdemeanor to an infraction, with a maximum punishment of a $100 fine.
Even as a misdemeanor, possession of up to an ounce of pot was still punishable only by a $100 fine and no jail time. But offenders also faced arrest, a possible court appearance and a criminal record.
Schwarzenegger said after signing Senate Bill 1449 that he does not support decriminalization of marijuana, but the law would save the state courts money.
"In this time of drastic budget cuts, prosecutors, defense attorneys, law enforcement and the courts cannot afford to expend limited resources prosecuting a crime that carries the same punishment as a traffic ticket," the governor said in a statement.
The bill authored by San Francisco Democratic Sen. Mark Leno was supported by the Judicial Council of California — the official policymaking body of the court system — and by the California District Attorneys Association.
California's major police associations all opposed the legislation.
Opponents said reducing possession to an infraction would discourage people cited for the offense from seeking state-funded drug treatment as provided for drug offenders under a ballot measure passed in 2000.
The governor signed the pot law as state voters prepare to weigh in on a closely watched ballot measure to legalize marijuana for recreational use — a measure Schwarzenegger opposes.
Proposition 19 would more or less make the new law irrelevant by legalizing possession of up to an ounce for personal use for adults 21 and older.
Nevertheless, marijuana advocates praised the change enacted by the bill as they pointed to the spike in misdemeanor marijuana arrests in the state in recent years.

TRAFFIC COP TICKETS DEAD MAN

A Queens man was slapped with a parking ticket as he lay dead in the driver's seat of his car, cops and family said Wednesday.
Nicholas Rappold, 21, of Flushing, was slumped across the front seat of his Jeep Cherokee on 165th St. near 35thAve. Tuesday morning when a traffic agent wrote him up for being illegally parked during street sweeping, cops and family said.
"It's really messed up," the young man's cousin Patrick Hill told the Daily News. "While he was dead in his car, a New York City traffic agent gave him a ticket."
An hour after the ticket was issued, a friend whose house Rappold had left in the middle of the night spotted his buddy's vehicle still parked outside, sources said.
The curious pal went to see why the SUV was still there and found Rappold's cold body, sources said.

PARIS HILTON ARRESTED AGAIN

Celebrity heiress Paris Hilton was arrested Friday night and booked into the Clark County Detention Center for possession of a controlled substance, described by Las Vegas Metro Police as cocaine.

Hilton was a passenger in a car when Metro conducted a traffic stop around 11:30 p.m. Friday in front of the Wynn Hotel and Casino on the famed Las Vegas Strip, according to Officer Marcus Martin, public information officer.
During the course of the traffic stop, police conducted a search and found an undisclosed amount of cocaine in Hilton's purse.
Cy Waits the guy who was busted along with Paris Hilton after police smelled marijuana and later found cocaine has been fired from his job – and lost his brother his gig – as head of nightclub operations for Wynn and Encore properties in Las Vegas. Worst part is dude JUST got the job along with his twin brother on Wednesday after being promoted by Steve Wynn only to be fired on Saturday morning. Both are dumb as hell.

72 BODIES FOUND BY MEXICAN POLICE

The bodies, 58 of which were men and 14 women, were found above ground in a section of a ranch about 14 miles (22 km) away from the town of San Fernando. The Navy called it one of the largest discoveries of dead bodies in Mexico's 4 year-old war on organized crime.

Members of the Mexican Navy were tipped off about the gruesome, makeshift, burial ground after encountering a man who was suffering from a gunshot wound. The man said he had been injured by a criminal gang, according to a statement released by the Navy.

DRIVER ARRESTED FOR PLAYING WITH SEX TOY

Officers pulled over 32-year-old Colondra Hamilton for an equipment violation on Aug. 17 around 7:30 p.m. in the 200 block of Township Avenue in Elmwood Place. Officers found Hamilton to have her pants unbuttoned with a female sex toy in her lap. She told officers she had been using the toy while driving, as well as watching a video on a computer her passenger was holding. It is not clear what the nature of that video was. Hamilton was also found to be in possession of a broken crack pipe. Hamilton is charged with driving with misdemeanor impaired alertness and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. According to court records, Hamilton has a lengthy criminal history.Court records show that a warrant was issued for Hamilton’s arrest after she failed to appear for her arraignment just hours after she was processed and released from the Hamilton County Justice Center.Charges against the passenger do not appear to have been filed.  So the question is which is worst texting while driving or sexing while driving?

This is no joke. According to the smoking gun, The DEA needs people to speak ebonics.
The Department of Justice is seeking to hire linguists fluent in Ebonics to help monitor, translate, and transcribe the secretly recorded conversations of subjects of narcotics investigations, according to federal records.

A maximum of nine Ebonics experts will work with the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Atlanta field division, where the linguists, after obtaining a “DEA Sensitive” security clearance, will help investigators decipher the results of “telephonic monitoring of court ordered nonconsensual intercepts, consensual listening devices, and other media”
The DEA’s need for full-time linguists specializing in Ebonics is detailed in bid documents related to the agency’s mid-May issuance of a request for proposal (RFP) covering the provision of as many as 2100 linguists for the drug agency’s various field offices. Answers to the proposal were due from contractors on July 29.

The doctors who have evaluated Lindsay Lohan at UCLA have concluded she does not suffer from the drug or psychiatric problems that were previously diagnosed
Sources familiar with Lindsay's treatment at UCLA tell TMZ ... there's a feeling among doctors that Judge Marsha Revel "overreacted" when she ordered Lindsay to stay at the facility for 90 days.

We're told Lindsay has been "weaned off" all of her meds -- Dilaudid, Ambien, Adderall, Zoloft, Trazodone and Nexium -- and has had no adverse reaction. Likewise, she has had no withdrawal issues in the alcohol department. Bottom line -- the docs don't think Lindsay is an addict.
And, we're told Lindsay was misdiagnosed in the past with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) -- which is why she started taking Adderall. The UCLA docs say LiLo does not have ADHD.
And finally, as for having psychiatric problems -- again the doctors say it's just not the case.
Bottom linre Lindsay is just misunderstod.

When Callie Rogers won almost £2million on the lottery aged 16, she hoped it would help her put her troubles behind her.

FANTASIA HAS ALL KINDS OF ISSUES

"American Idol" winner Fantasia Barrino was hospitalized Monday night for a medication overdose, sources tell NewsChannel 36.

Barrino was taken to Carolinas Medical Center-Pineville at about 8:55 p.m. Monday, according to sources.
Her manager, Brian Dickens, released a statement just before 5 p.m Tuesday saying that Fantasia is in stable condition and will be released from the hospital soon. Fantasia is also being accused of making a sex tape and causing the break up of Paula Cook who just filed for divorce from her husband Antwaun. In the court docs, Paula accused the guy of having a "covert adulterous affair" with Barrino ... and believes they "recorded their illicit activity."
 Wow life is bettter than fiction.
