DRIVER ARRESTED FOR PLAYING WITH SEX TOY

Officers pulled over 32-year-old Colondra Hamilton for an equipment violation on Aug. 17 around 7:30 p.m. in the 200 block of Township Avenue in Elmwood Place. Officers found Hamilton to have her pants unbuttoned with a female sex toy in her lap. She told officers she had been using the toy while driving, as well as watching a video on a computer her passenger was holding. It is not clear what the nature of that video was. Hamilton was also found to be in possession of a broken crack pipe. Hamilton is charged with driving with misdemeanor impaired alertness and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. According to court records, Hamilton has a lengthy criminal history.Court records show that a warrant was issued for Hamilton’s arrest after she failed to appear for her arraignment just hours after she was processed and released from the Hamilton County Justice Center.Charges against the passenger do not appear to have been filed.  So the question is which is worst texting while driving or sexing while driving?

IS TYREKE EVANS A BASKETBALL PLAYER OR RACECAR DRIVER?

Newly released video from a police plane shows NBA Rookie of the Year Tyreke Evans racing in his purple Mercedes at speeds approaching 130mph. According to TMZ Evans was busted Memorial Day weekend and eventually pled no contest to reckless driving.

The video shows Evans racing in his Mercedes S550 on Interstate 80 in Sacramento. Evans was reportedly racing a friend, who also pled no contest to reckless driving charges. Evans plays for the Sacramento Kings.

With a simple tweak to the engine’s computer, intercooler and exhaust system, Renntech has squeezed out an extra 135 horsepower and 263 lb-ft of torque from the twin-turbo V12 for a grand total of 865 hp and 1,000 pounds of twist. The upgrade costs $16,390, which may seem like a big chunk of change, but it’s a drop in the bucket against the car’s quarter-million-dollar stock list price. The highly recommended upgrades to the transmission and differential will set you back a little extra, though. Yeah a simple upgrade that costs just as much as some brand new cars, but if you have the moneywhat the hell.

DON'T LET THIS LADY PARK YOUR CAR

Where did this lady get her license from? Last October, the 62-year old driver was attempting to park her Bavarian SUV at Extreme Fitness. Instead of coming to a controlled stop, Kaushal launched her 'ute onto the row of parked cars across from her, backed off and then drove away. Luckily, the gym had parking lot surveillance, and police eventually nabbed the woman.

On Tuesday, Kaushal pleaded guilty to failing to report a collision, and was issued a $500 fine. Even better, the lady has been banned from driving between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m., so you can bet your parking lot will be safe from dusk 'till dawn. The court also ordered her to pay restitution for the cars her X5 demolished. I bet she was talking on the cellphone while parking.

HEATHER LOCKLEAR IN HIT AND RUN

The Ventura County Sheriff tells ET that actress Heather Locklear was arrested after she allegedly knocked over a "no parking" sign and fled the scene.

According to police, the accident took place on Saturday in Westlake Village, Calif. near Locklear's home. A resident of Locklear's community heard a commotion around 4 a.m. Saturday morning but did not report the incident till the next day after finding debris and the sign that had been knocked down.

Police traced the debris back to Locklear's 2005 black BMW. The sheriff tells ET that the actress was not taken into custody but given a citation, She was probably drunk again somewhere.
