Looks like Mel Gibson’s baby momma Oksana Grigorieva – mother of his months old daughter has released tapes to the court of an angry argument she had with the actor/producer where he said some rather derogatory things. Oksana currently has a restraining order, but according to reports is still fearing for her safety after splitting with Mel. Read an excerpt of the tape recording below:

CHRIS BROWN CAN'T GET INTO THE UK

Chris Brown's violent past just caught up with him in the UK ... where he was just denied entry into the country.

Officials in Great Britain revealed they wouldn't let the singer cross the border because of his criminal record ... specifically the attack on Rihanna.
The move seriously screws up Brown's tour -- which had at least 3 scheduled stops in the UK.
Soon after the decision, Brown tweeted, "SORRY to all the fans in Europe!!! my tour is cancelled. I'm pretty sure y'all know. My entry was denied in your country. I love you. SORRY!!"
The tweet was later removed -- and his publicist later claimed the rejection was based on "issues surrounding his work visa."
Britain's Home Office also released a statement, saying, "We reserve the right to refuse entry to the UK to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offense
See I guess crime doesn't pay. Chris brown is probably gonna loose a lot of money from those cancelled shows.

LINDSAY LOHAN HEADED FOR JAIL

Lindsay Lohan's last moments of freedom are going to be on the airplane ride home ... this according to a rep for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection who spoke with TMZ.
The rep tells TMZ that anyone who enters the country who has an active warrant in the law enforcement database will be detained by their office, and the originating agency that issued the warrant would be called.
Law enforcement sources in L.A. tell us either the Los Angeles Airport police or the LAPD would then take Lindsay into custody and book her.

An 87-year-old woman was arrested Thursday after she was caught on tape selling crack cocaine to an undercover deputy.
And it’s not the first time the Pensacola woman has been busted for drugs.
Ola Mae Agee of Pensacola was arrested after the undercover officer bought a $20 piece of crack from her, Sheriff’s Office spokesman Sgt. Ted Roy said. The incident occurred on April 30 at Agee’s home, the Sheriff’s Office said.
A surveillance video of the sale shows the undercover officer knock on the back door of Agee’s home. Agee then answers the door and walks the officer to another room where she retrieves the crack after rummaging through the couch.
The undercover officer counts out $20, including pocket change, which he gives to Agee in exchange for the crack.
In addition to what was sold to the deputy, Agee can be seen in the video holding a small bag of crack cocaine. Roy did not know how much crack was in the bag, and he did not know if additional narcotics were recovered from Agee’s home .

ONLY IN NY: HANDICAPP MAN IS ARRESTED FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT

A man bound to a wheelchair, who can't even feed himself, is charged with sexual harassment against a judge.

Cheecho Mertsaris is accused of sexual abuse, although he can't control his arms, his legs, or his hands. He has cerebral palsy because his brain was damaged during his delivery at birth.
The thinking park of Mertsaris' brain works fine. He moves his head to manipulate a computer. He graduated from college and earned a law degree.

Mertsaris works as a lawyer at the Taxi and Limousine Commission. He handles cases involving taxi drivers.
Last October, a TLC judge accused Mertaris of grabbing her upper thigh and buttocks while they were in the office alone. His aide had gone to file papers.
His arms and hands tend to flail around and that's where the trouble started. When people get too close to him, Mertsaris tends to get nervous and he has more trouble controlling his arms.
He says his arm moved and hit her. He says he did not intend to touch her.
The judge filed a police report and Mertsaris was charged with sexual abuse. He was brought in and fingerprinted.
The Queens District Attorney has moved forward to prosecute.
Mertsaris' lawyer says he has repeatedly asked the district attorney to drop the case.
Wyatt Gibbons says, "This is one of the most stunning displays of a lack of compassion, a lack of human kindness, a lack of judgment."
A spokesman for the district attorney's office told Fox 5 that the prosecutor believes that Mertsaris uses his hands.
Memos presented to the district attorney from his doctor and physical therapist said his muscles are very tight are "...mostly beyond his...control."
Mertsaris admits that he sent the judge a series of emails two years ago. The judge asked his supervisors to make him stop sending the emails. He says he stopped

STRIPPER FILES FOR WORKERS COMP SORTA

An exotic dancer at CR Fannys gentlemen's club in Wilson Borough pocketed more than $25,000 in workers' compensation benefits while claiming to be injured while working a separate waitress job, authorities said Thursday.

Christina Gamble, 43, of Quakertown, Pa., allegedly filed a workers' compensation claim against the Red Robin restaurant in Richland Township, Bucks County.
She collected thousands of dollars in benefits while she was dancing as a stripper at the club, according to Pennsylvania Attorney General Tom Corbett.
Gamble claimed she fell during a shift Nov. 9, 2007. Her doctor said she was unable to work because standing and changing positions were painful for her, according to court records.
The injury came a week after the restaurant hired her; she quit her job after it happened, records say.
Eight days after her doctor examined her, she was seen working as an exotic dancer at the strip club on Butler Street, records say.
Highmark Casualty Insurance Co. paid Gamble $22,727 in disability benefits and $4,118 in medical expenses relating to her claim, according to records.
Highmark investigated her claim after receiving a tip from one of Gamble's co-workers at Red Robin that she was working as an exotic dancer. The insurance company investigators obtained surveillance video of Gamble dancing in the club, records say.
Records say Gamble told police she worked as an exotic dancer because she and her husband needed money and feared they'd lose everything they owned.
Efforts to reach Gamble on Thursday for further comment were unsuccessful. A phone number listed under her name was disconnected.
Records say she worked at Target in Richland Township from Dec. 1 to Dec. 12, during the period she was allegedly injured. Gamble told investigators she quit Target due to back pain, records say.
Gamble is charged with two counts of workers' compensation insurance fraud and one count of theft by deception. All the charges are felonies and each carries a maximum penalty of seven years in prison and a $15,000 fine.

LAW ENFORCEMENT AINT WHAT IT USED TO BE

Watch as two law enforcement officials go crazy and steal pizzas.  Richard Frederick works for the Wayne County Airport Authority, and his girlfriend, Renee Zima, is a TSA officer.

Sheriff Bezotte said it all started when the couple, already fueled by alcohol, went to buy some more liquor and began arguing with the clerk. That concerned clerk dialed 911, but it did not end there. We are told Zima flashed her badge, claimed she is with Homeland Security and then walked out with two pieces of pizza.
When the clerk tried to get the license plate number, Bezotte says Zima tried to bend it. In fact, both spent the next few minutes trying to block it. Frederick put the hatch up so the employee could not read it. When the clerk tried to pull it back down, surveillance video shows Frederick going after him. That is when the off-duty officer allegedly punched him in the face. I don't know why people are so shocked, officers have been acting badly since the beginning of time. More just get caught now because of video cameras.

She was released the next day (April 14) on a $420 bond.
Natina was a member of the singing group Blaque  formed by the late Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez.

SANDRA BULLOCK LEAVES NAZI LOVIN JESSE JAMES

Sandra Bullock has filed for divorce from her husband, Jesse James, and is adopting a baby boy as a single parent, a story posted Wednesday on People magazine's website said.

"Yes, I have filed for divorce," the 45-year-old Oscar-winning actress said in an interview. "I'm sad and I am scared."
Bullock and James, 41, began the adoption process four years ago, the report said, and brought 3 1/2-month-old Louis Bardo Bullock home in January but decided to keep the news to themselves until after the Oscars.
In the interview, Bullock said she is savoring her new maternal status.

Actor Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi, were booked into the Santa Barbara County, California, jail Monday after they showed up for a hearing on accusations that they defrauded an innkeeper and failed to pay a hotel bill.

A judge set bail at $100,000 each for the actor and his wife, who missed several previous hearing dates, Santa Barbara District Attorney Arnie Tolks said.
The judge did give them each $20,000 credit for a previous bond, but unless they can get make the remaining $80,000 each, they must stay in jail until another hearing Wednesday, Tolks said. Man I wish they were still on the run. They kinda made things interesting for the Hollywood set.

DON'T LET THIS LADY PARK YOUR CAR

Where did this lady get her license from? Last October, the 62-year old driver was attempting to park her Bavarian SUV at Extreme Fitness. Instead of coming to a controlled stop, Kaushal launched her 'ute onto the row of parked cars across from her, backed off and then drove away. Luckily, the gym had parking lot surveillance, and police eventually nabbed the woman.

On Tuesday, Kaushal pleaded guilty to failing to report a collision, and was issued a $500 fine. Even better, the lady has been banned from driving between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m., so you can bet your parking lot will be safe from dusk 'till dawn. The court also ordered her to pay restitution for the cars her X5 demolished. I bet she was talking on the cellphone while parking.

STEVEN SEGAL ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE LAW

Action movie star Steven Seagal was sued for $1 million on Monday by a 23-year-old former personal assistant for sexual harassment and illegal sex trafficking.

Kayden Nguyen filed the suit in Los Angeles Superior Court alleging the actor "treated Ms. Nguyen as his sex toy" after she was hired as his "executive assistant" through a February Craigslist ad. She said she was told the job would involve clerical duties such as filing, scheduling and answering telephones.
An attorney who has represented Seagal in other litigation, Richard L. Charnley, did not immediately return a call for comment.
According to the suit, "Ms. Nguyen believed that she had found the dream job of a lifetime." But in her final interview with him he asked, "Are you sure you wouldn't mind helping my wife around the house if she asked you to do something?," according to the suit.
The suit states Nguyen later was flown to rural Louisiana to live in his house, and on the first night he fondled her.
