A 13 YEAR OLD GETS LIFE

A Pennsylvania boy who was 11 years old when he allegedly shot and killed his father’s pregnant fiancee could find himself being the youngest person ever sentenced to life without parole. Prosecutors allege that Jordan Brown, now 13, shot and killed 26-year-old Kenzie Houk as she slept in her home in Lawrence County, near Pittsburgh, in February, 2009. Houk was pregnant with a nearly full-term child at the time. Brown was charged with two counts of homicide.


“He knew what he was doing. He killed my baby,” she said of Brown in an interview not long after the murders. The Houk family has put up a website attempting to dispel a growing movement seeking to defend Brown

FACEBOOK STRIKES AGAIN: BOY KILLS PRINCIPLE AND POST MESSAGE ON FACEBOOK

A high school senior angered by his punishment for damaging school property shot and killed an assistant principal at Millard South High School and wounded the principal. Robert Butler Jr., 17, fled the scene and was later found dead in his car of a self-inflicted bullet wound.


Assistant Principal Vicki Kaspar, 58, died hours after being shot several times in the chest as she sat in her office at about 1 p.m. Wednesday. Principal Curtis Case was shot in the back and hip after rushing across a hall to investigate. He was in serious but stable condition Thursday.
Kaspar had suspended Butler for 19 days Wednesday morning for driving a car across a school athletic field and damaging it. The vandalism occurred before classes began Wednesday and was captured on a security camera. Butler apparently had no previous disciplinary problems at the school which he had attended since last October. He had transferred from Lincoln Southwest.
Butler was escorted from the building following his suspension but returned with a handgun at about 1 p.m. The shooting spree took only about two minutes, witnesses said. Butler fired two shots down a hallway as he left Kaspar’s office; no one was injured.
Police found Butler’s body about 35 minutes later in a car owned by his mother, Julie Beekman of Lincoln.

Arthur Sedille was up-front with police: He would often put a gun to his wife's head during fantasy sex play at their Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, home.

But Sedille said he didn't know the gun was loaded when he pressed it to his wife's head and pulled the handgun's slide back during sex on the night of December 21.
Now Sedille, 23, is facing the possibility of a murder charge in Canadian County, Oklahoma, in the death of his wife, 50-year-old Rebecca Sedille
-- who died when the handgun went off in their bedroom.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed by Oklahoma City police, Sedille said the shooting was accidental. He called 911 afterward, according to police.
Investigators decided to arrest and jail Sedille on suspicion of first-degree murder out of an abundance of caution, said Oklahoma City police Master Sgt. Gary Knight. However, as of Tuesday
afternoon, formal charges had not been filed in the investigation, which is ongoing, Knight said.
He declined to comment on investigators' findings so far.
I guess it's fair to say that he killed the pussy.

MAN DUBBED GRIM SLEEPER MAY HAVE KILLED 180 WOMEN

The LAPD released images of 180 women taken by the alleged " Grim Sleeper" on Thursday in the hope that family or friends will recognize them and contact authorities. In July, when Los Angeles police arrested Lonnie Franklin Jr., the man accused of being the notorious "Grim Sleeper" serial killer, they searched his South L.A. home for incriminating evidence and found nearly 1,000 still photographs and hours of video showing women, almost all of them partly or completely nude and striking sexually graphic poses.

FACEBOOK CLAIMS ANOTHER VICTIM

How many times I have to tell you guys that Facebook is nothing but trouble. That's why I do not have a Facebook or twitter page. Police said an online feud led to a public fist fight and then murder in Arlington over the weekend.

Though they were Facebook friends, witnesses told police that 19-year-old Alysha Tann and 18-year-old Nikki Bogan’s friendship had turned ugly. They were “beefing” on Facebook.
Then on Sunday night the two young women got into a fist fight in the parking lot of the Heather Glen Townhomes in Arlington.
An arrest warrant affidavit states Bogan lost the fight and then told her 20-year-old boyfriend, Darius Howard, to shoot Tann.
A witness saw him shoot a handgun six or seven times in the direction of Tann and a crowd of people in the parking lot, according to the affidavit.
Another person who was shot in the leg then drove Tann to the hospital where she died.
Tann’s Facebook page is now filled with R.I.P. posts.
Her accused killers are in the Arlington jail.
Howard is charged with murder and aggravated assault and Bogan is charged with conspiracy to commit murder.myFOXdfw.com:

SAUDI PRINCE GUILTY OF MURDER

A Saudi prince was found guilty Tuesday of murdering an aide at a London hotel in February, in a case which prosecutors said had a sexual element.

Prince Saud Abdulaziz Bin Nasser Al Saud was found guilty of both murder and grievous bodily harm in the killing of Bandar Abdulaziz.
He also disputed suggestions from the prosecutor and several witnesses that the prince and his aide had a gay relationship.

During their visit to London, the two men shared a hotel room, went shopping together and stayed out late in bars and nightclubs
Abdulaziz died after a severe beating left him with swelling and bruising of the brain and fractured ribs and neck. He also had bite marks on his face, ears and arm.
The prince had not denied killing the aide, but said he had not intended to do so. He is due to be sentenced Wednesday.

SERIAL KILLER CAUGHT IN ATLANTA

Israeli-Arab arrested for attempted murder as he was waiting to board a flight to Israel is believed to be the man who stabbed 18 men - killing five of them - in recent months, police said today.


Suspect is reportedly apprehended trying to leave the U.S. Elias Abuelazam, 33, was apprehended Wednesday night at Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport as he waited for his flight to leave the country, officials said. He was tracked to the airport after investigators dashed to track down a new lead that originated in Michigan. Like I tell everyone if you are guily of anything stay out of Georgia.

A Connecticut truck driver who was in trouble with his bosses opened fire on his co-workers Tuesday, killing at least eight people before shooting himself.

The gunman worked at a family-owned beer and wine wholesaler in Manchester, Conn., where a union official called him a "disciplinary problem."
"The union was bringing him in to meet with the company," Teamsters official John Hollis told the Hartford Courant. "He started shooting."
The Associated Press reported that Omar Thornton, 34, was asked to resign and instead opened fire just before 7:30 a.m. This economy is straight killing people.

MEMPHIS,TN – Homicide detectives spent their Sunday afternoon in Sherra Wright’s Collierville home collecting evidence. They spent an hour in the backyard which doesn’t come as a surprise to neighbors Tim Coleman and Ruth Ann Carnes who saw heavy smoke coming from the fire pit the day Lorenzen went missing. They say that’s because Sherra Wright started a fire in the backyard, and they thought it was unusual for Wright to light a fire on one of the hottest nights of the year. Hey it's not unusual if you are trying to burn evidence. Once I read that he was having financial difficulties it gets pretty obvious.

FORMER NBA PLAYER LORENZEN WRIGHT FOUND DEAD

Lorenzen Wright was remembered Thursday as a fun-loving personality who helped mentor the young Atlanta Hawks during his most recent stint with the team, 2006-08. Wright's body was found Wednesday in a wooded area of southeast Memphis. He had been missing for about 10 days. The 34-year-old Wright was last seen in the early morning of July 19, right before he was to head back to his Atlanta townhouse with a friend and his six children. His family filed a missing person report July 22.

The Memphis Commercial Appeal reports that a 911 call made on July 19 from Wright's cellphone recorded loud gunshot blasts from what appeared to be several weapons before the call ended.
Wright recently flew from Atlanta to Memphis to visit friends and his children, friends said.
He was last seen at about 2 a.m. July 19, leaving his ex-wife’s Whisperwood Drive home, the newspaper said.
His former wife told police she doesn’t know who he left with or what type of car they were in, according to the missing person’s report. A friend estimated Wright was carrying $2,000 to $3,000 in big bills.
Wright was also going through some financialdifficulties of late. His custom-built 17-room home in Eads, Tenn., was repossessed in May for $1.3 million, and that his Atlanta house was repossessed in January for $1.1 million.

IDIOT DIED BY LETTING FRIEND SHOOT HIM

Listen to this. A Dallas man died while executing a twisted plot to win custody of his child, Dallas police said.

According to investigators, 20-year-old Dwayne Lamont Moten hired a friend to shoot him, intending to blame the crime on his wife's boyfriend and gain custody of his 3-year-old son, Dwayne Jr.
"[This] was two individuals trying to frame a third individual," Sr. Cpl. Kevin Janse said.
Janse said the plan was that Jacob Wheeler, also 20, would shoot Moten but only injure him.
However, the bullets that struck Moten on Saturday mortally wounded the forlorn father.
He was actually planning on shooting him in the thigh and shoulder," Dallas homicide SGT. Bruce McDonald said. "I don't know if [Moten] flinched and turned sideways a little more. The bullet entered the chest cavity and was fatal."
"He drove a short distance before he realized he was shot a little worse than he had planned and got out of his car, and was screaming for help," Janse said.
Witness Michael Brown said he did what he could to help.
"Only thing we seen was this young man stopped in the middle of the street, and he got out hollering, 'Man, I been shot. Somebody help me,'" Brown said. "When he hit the ground there was no more conversation going."
Moten soon died from his injuries.
Wheeler is charged with murder and for an unrelated aggravated robbery charge. He remains in jail on a $750,000 bond.
Police said both Moten and Wheeler had a criminal history and had been convicted of felonies.

SOCCER STAR UNDER ARREST FOR MURDER

One of Brazil's soccer superstars is under arrest for masterminding the murder of his former mistress -- a model and porn actress -- whose dismembered body was fed to dogs.

Bruno Souza, 25, and six other people, including his wife Dayane, are being held in the grisly case.

Souza, the goalkeeper for Brazil's championship Flamengo team, met the beautiful victim, Eliza Samudio, at a teammate's party last year and got her pregnant the first night they spent together, police said.
But he became enraged when she insisted on keeping the baby. Samudio filed a complaint in October, saying Souza beat her and tried to force her to swallow an abortion-inducing drug.
After their child, now 4 months old, was born and Samudio tried to prove Souza was the father, he hired a former police detective, Luiz Aparecido Santos, to kidnap, beat and murder her, investigators said.
Is it really that serious? Hey just take the DNA test or just pay the money.

SERIAL KILLER ARESTED THE GRIM SLEEPER

Authorities said Wednesday they have arrested a suspect in the Grim Sleeper serial killer case and will charge him with 10 counts of murder.

Lonnie David Franklin Jr., 57, faces an additional count of attempted murder, officials said.
Nicknamed for taking long breaks between attacks, the killer is believed responsible for at least 11 deaths since 1985 in south Los Angeles. The killer targeted black women, some working as prostitutes, using the same small caliber weapon

CRAZY PORN ACTOR FALLS OFF CLIFF

If you haven't heard a porn actor suspected of killing a colleague died Saturday after falling some 40 feet from a rocky hillside after a standoff with police, officials said.
A "less than lethal munition" was used against Stephen Clancy Hill just before he fell, said police Officer Bruce Borihanh, who had no other details about the weapon that was used.
KABC-TV video of the incident showed Hill moving to the edge of the outcropping from a seated position and then letting himself drop as police closed in on him.
SWAT officers had spent part of Saturday afternoon trying to talk Hill down from the hillside as he clutched a sword.
It was unknown whether the sword was the murder weapon in Tuesday's deadly attack at a DVD production center that also left two people injured.  A crazy end to a crazy story.

SOME PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHEN TO LAY LOW: JORDAN VAN DER SLOOT ARRESTED

Joran van der Sloot, the suspect in a young woman's slaying this week in Peru and previously considered a suspect in the 2005 disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway, was captured Thursday in Chile, authorities said.

Van der Sloot is the main suspect in this week's slaying of 21-year-old Stephany Flores Ramirez, who was found Wednesday in a Lima, Peru, hotel room registered to van der Sloot. Chilean police told CNN that paperwork showed he entered Chile on Wednesday.

Peruvian Interior Minister Octavio Salazar Miranda said Thursday that Peru has made arrangements with Interpol to extradite van der Sloot, who is Dutch.

Van der Sloot, 23, was traveling alone in a taxi near the Chilean central coastal city of Vina del Mar when he was detained, said Douglas Rodriguez, spokesman for the Chilean Investigative Police.

Van der Sloot was transported Thursday afternoon to police headquarters in Santiago, Chile.

The first owner Vladimir Grashnov – the former CEO of Bulgarian mobile phone company Mobitel which issued the number – died of cancer in 2001 aged just 48.

Despite a spotless business record there were persistent rumours that his cancer had been caused by a business rival using radioactive poisoning.
The number then passed to Bulgarian mafia boss, Konstantin Dimitrov, who was gunned down in 2003 by a lone assassin in the Netherlands during a trip to inspect his £500 million drug smuggling empire.

Dimitrov, who died aged 31, had the mobile with him when he was shot while eating out with a model.
Russian mafia bosses – jealous of his drug smuggling operation – were said to have been behind the killing.
The phone number then passed to Konstantin Dishliev, a crooked businessman, who was gunned down outside an Indian restaurant in Bulgaria's capital Sofia after taking over the jinxed line.
Dishliev, an estate agent, had secretly been running a massive cocaine trafficking operation before his assassination in 2005.
He died after £130 million of the drug was intercepted by police on its way into the country from Colombia.
Since then, the number is understood to have been dormant while police maintained an open file on Dishliev's killing and his smuggling ring.
Now phone bosses are said to have suspended the number for good. Callers now get a recorded message saying the phone is "outside network coverage."
A Mobitel spokesman would only say: "We have no comment to make. We won't discuss individual numbers."
Remind me not to get that phone number, but it could be a case that someone thought the two drug lords worked for the same person and decided to take them both out.
