DOCTOR PERFORMS ORAL SEX ON PATIENT

This is what I call full service. A Crestwood doctor is charged with sodomizing a female patient, but some patients are speaking out in the doctor's defense. After those spirited defenses, however, Fox 41 News learned from a police report that the doctor admitted to the crime.

Donna Rosenthal has been seeing 56-year-old Dr. Ashok Alur for 17 years. She says she's always felt comfortable during her appointments with him. Before Fox 41 learned of the doctor's admission, she said, "These accusations to me are just an abomination and they're heinous," she said, adding, "Never, ever, ever am I ever unclothed without a female present in the room in that office." 

The victim told police that the doctor was treating her for a pelvic wound. The arrest citation goes on to say that Dr. Alur pushed her pants and underwear down and performed oral sex on her. She told him to stop and had to push him away.
He's out of jail after posting a $50,000 full cash bond. I bet it's plenty of woman out there that would like that doctor's number.

IT'S NOT LOOKING TOO GOOD FOR EDDIE LONG

For the first time, one of the men filing suit against Bishop Eddie Long is speaking out. In an exclusive interview with FOX 5 senior I-Team reporter Dale Russell, Jamal Parris tells a story of what he calls a love-hate relationship with a man he called "daddy."

Following Bishop Long's sermon on Sunday , Russell caught a plane to Colorado, which is home to Jamal Parris-- the oldest of all the accusers in the case. In a parking lot, late at night, Parris told Russell a story of love, anger, and desire to protect other young men.
Biship Long it may be time to cut your losses, it's not looking good for you bro.

WOMAN THROWS CAT IN DUMPSTER

The cruel act was caught on camera in Brayâs Lane, Stoke, where the kitten's owners Stephanie and Darryl Mann have CCTV outside their home for security. After hearing cries from Lola the cat, who is not yet a year old, they found her trapped in the bin and replayed the video footage expecting to see teenagers or drunken hooligans committing the act in the middle of the night. But to their horror, they watched a middle-aged woman stop and pet Lola in broad daylight before dropping her in the bin and shutting the lid, leaving the cat trapped for 16 hours. Kinda funny but sad at the same time.

DENVER COPS BEAT A GUY FOR TALKING ON THE PHONE

9Wants to Know has learned the new Manager of Public Safety disagrees with the Denver Police Monitor's recommendation to fire two officers caught on tape beating a man outside of a nightclub in April 2009. Instead the officers faced discipline, but are still on the job.
The video shows that when DeHerrera's cell phone went dead, officer Devin Sparks had grabbed him and tossed him to the ground. The video shows Sparks hitting DeHerrera over and over again. cops just get away with murder. They are gansters with a badge.

POLICE IN THE SOUTH ARE NO JOKE

57 year old Janice Wells called Richland, Georgia police to report a prowler outside of her home. What should have been a routine check for a criminal by police ended up being a brutal case of police brutality.

Officer Tim Murphy became enraged because Ms. Wells would not give him the name of a person inside her house.
Ms Wells had called longtime friend John Robinson to come and wait with her until police arrived. Officer Murphy asked him how long he'd known Ms Wells, the status of their relationship and where he lived. He never asked Robinson his name.
He then allowed Robinson to leave and asked Wells his name which she refused to give him. After that she was pepper sprayed and told she would be arrested.
Murphy called for backup. When Officer Ryan Smith arrived he Tasered Wells at least 12 times.

ONLY IN NY: HANDICAPP MAN IS ARRESTED FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT

A man bound to a wheelchair, who can't even feed himself, is charged with sexual harassment against a judge.

Cheecho Mertsaris is accused of sexual abuse, although he can't control his arms, his legs, or his hands. He has cerebral palsy because his brain was damaged during his delivery at birth.
The thinking park of Mertsaris' brain works fine. He moves his head to manipulate a computer. He graduated from college and earned a law degree.

Mertsaris works as a lawyer at the Taxi and Limousine Commission. He handles cases involving taxi drivers.
Last October, a TLC judge accused Mertaris of grabbing her upper thigh and buttocks while they were in the office alone. His aide had gone to file papers.
His arms and hands tend to flail around and that's where the trouble started. When people get too close to him, Mertsaris tends to get nervous and he has more trouble controlling his arms.
He says his arm moved and hit her. He says he did not intend to touch her.
The judge filed a police report and Mertsaris was charged with sexual abuse. He was brought in and fingerprinted.
The Queens District Attorney has moved forward to prosecute.
Mertsaris' lawyer says he has repeatedly asked the district attorney to drop the case.
Wyatt Gibbons says, "This is one of the most stunning displays of a lack of compassion, a lack of human kindness, a lack of judgment."
A spokesman for the district attorney's office told Fox 5 that the prosecutor believes that Mertsaris uses his hands.
Memos presented to the district attorney from his doctor and physical therapist said his muscles are very tight are "...mostly beyond his...control."
Mertsaris admits that he sent the judge a series of emails two years ago. The judge asked his supervisors to make him stop sending the emails. He says he stopped

WOMEN LIE, MEN LIE, CAMERAS DON'T

Hidden-camera video of a babysitter slapping an 11-month-old child, throwing things and handling the boy violently was evidence enough for police to charge the 53-year-old woman with battery on a child. The video was recorded on Tuesday in a Mandarin home. The next day, Jeannine Campbell was arrested.” – Florida News

If this was my child the next person being abused would be the baby sitter.
