Stephen Baldwin is a born again Christian now. That seems to be the message, at any rate, of a new website called"The Restoration of Stephen Baldwin." It solicits donations on behalf of the youngest member of the four-brother Baldwin clan of actors, who became a born-again Christian after wrestling with some substance-abuse demons and has lately been an outspoken advocate ofconservative causes.
The site is the brainchild of Lyn Fletcher, a hardware-store owner inLive Oak, Florida, who told Yahoo! News that he launched it last fall when he first heard that the actor, who filed for bankruptcy last year, was in financial trouble.
Riddle me this why is it that when people get in some kind of trouble that they then turn to religion?
