Video showed chaos unfolding in the city of East Point, Georgia near Atlanta on Wednesday morning as hundreds of people waited for their chance to get federal housing assistance. Aerials from above the East Point Housing Authority showed a large group of people congregating around police cars and causing a scene as several people handed out what appeared to be papers. Housing officials say those in line by 1 p.m. today will be able to submit their application, which will qualify them to be put on a waiting list. The housing authority says only 62 spots on that list are available. I think I will just pay my rent anot deal with that madness
