Just minutes after passing his driving test, a teenager in Pennsylvania accidentally crashed through the glass doors of the DMV test centre. Oops. The youngster hadn't even made it out of the car park after dropping his examiner off when the accident happened. Authorities say that the teenager thought the car was in park, but it wasn't.
