WHEN WILL PEOPLE LEARN THAT THESE ARE WILD BEAST

I mean I understand that this a circus and they are supposed to be trained, but didn't anyone learn from the Sigfrey and Roy episode that no matter how long you train these anuimals, if they have teeth they will bite you eventually.
