Tiger Woods is back at home after a week of family counseling in Arizona and is trying to get into a routine that includes golf and fitness. Woods returned to his home near Orlando on Saturday and has been hitting balls on the range at Isleworth, not far from where he ran his SUV into a tree in a middle-of-the-night accident on Nov. 27 that set off revelations of his extramarital affairs.

The person, who spoke on condition of anonymity because only Woods is authorized to release information about his schedule, said there is still no timetable for golf's No. 1 player to return to competition. For the rest click here.

Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov has to pay $53 million for a French villa he does not own.
A court has ruled that Prokhorov must forfeit the 10 percent deposit he put down on a $527 million villa in southern France because he never completed the deal he made in July 2008 with the widow of banker Edmond Safra, according to BusinessWeek.com. Under French law, the deposit was forfeited when Russia’s second richest man -- worth an estimated $19.9 billion -- did not sign the final contract by a Dec. 15, 2008, deadline.
The court in Nice, France, also ordered that Societe Fonciere du Treho, which Prokhorov controls, pay Lily Safra 1.5 million euros, or more than $2 million, in damages plus 30,000 euros, or $40,574, in court costs. Prokorov also was ordered to personally pay 15,000 euros, or almost $20,900, in court costs. He also has the controlling interest (which means he basically owns) in the New Jersey Nets.  No Jay-Z doesn't own the team only a percentage.

Finally a woman is banned from a North carolina restaurant for being a bad tipper.
A woman who says Kampai Japanese Steak and Seafood House, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina refused her service has started a petition to boycott the establishment. But restaurant owners say they refuse to serve her simply because she is such a poor tipper.

Monica Covington said her spat with the restaurant began in 2008.
"I noticed on our ticket that they added 18 percent gratuity and there was only two others with me at the time," Covington said.
The restaurant menu clearly states that a 15 percent gratuity will be added to parties of six or more. Covington said she complained, but paid anyway.
When she returned to the restaurant a month later, Covington said she was informed that she would have to pay an 18 percent gratuity if she wanted to dine there. For the whole article and video check out the Grio
